Common Wealth and Work Permits

Starting June 30th, 2023, our Youth Program staff are no longer able to create work permits for youth ages 14-15 who recently obtained a job. Work permits are now made exclusively online at this website. Parents/guardians can follow the directions on the website to create a work permit for their student.

The work permit will be mailed to the employer in 5 business days; however, the youth may begin working upon receipt of a confirmation email.
