Welcoming The Alliance at Meadowood Park
On August 20, 2020, Common Wealth Development broke ground on its newest project, The Alliance at Meadowood Park.
Located at 5802 Raymond Road, the project will provide affordable, healthy, safe and stable housing opportunities for low and moderate-income families in the Meadowood neighborhood on Madison’s southwest side. It will also include a co-work space for social service providers.
Unlike most of the affordable units available in the area, The Alliance will be focused on increasing the number of one- and three-bedroom units to accommodate both larger families and singles who live and work in the Meadowood neighborhood.
The development will also include a co-work space for social services professionals, establishing a central hub for area residents to access community resources. These resources include our Southwest Transitional Employment Program (STEP), the Early Childhood Initiative and Joining Forces for Families.
Common Wealth Development’s goal and vision for the Alliance at Meadowood is to create a collaborative place dedicated to promoting health and equity, for all those who work and live in the Meadowood neighborhood.
